What to Expect from our Contractors
Each of our contractors, individually own and operate their own business's and are expected to carry insurance for each installation project. They are all held to the highest of standards with continued training and support from SureStep Bonded Rubber Surfaces.
Because our product is so specialized, most of our Contractors are not only available within their local areas but are also available to travel across the country to service our wide range of customers.
We have an elite group of contractors that specialize in working within each individual state and government licensing requirements, are insured accordingly and fulfill the requirements to work within each state's guidelines. We can provide you with more information on those that are set-up in your area.
Each contractor provides their own installation pricing, schedules, installation procedures, installation agreements, general installation warranties, liability waivers and all other appropriate documentation needed.
It is the sole business of SureStep Bonded Rubber Surface along with McKnight Glass and Rubber to only provide quality products to the individual Contractors and is not responsible for any installations.
